Terms of the Warranty

This warranty covers the original purchaser of the product and guarantees that the product's colour will not fade or change for the lifetime of the product, under normal use and care.

What This Warranty Covers:

• Fading of colours
• Discolouration or yellowing
• Colour shift from the original product colour

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

• Damage from improper use or handling
• Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or environmental factors (e.g., prolonged exposure to extreme heat, cold, or UV rays beyond normal indoor/outdoor use)
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage to the product's surface or material itself, independent of the colour (e.g., scratches, dents, or tears)

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product's colour has tarnished or changed, please follow these simple steps to make a warranty claim:

2. Provide Proof: To help us assess your claim, please include clear, high-resolution photographs of the product, showing the affected area.
